    About the Position:

    Today, domain names are one of the most important assets for businesses and their brands. Dotkeeper is a fast-growing company (Rewarded by DI Gasell, four years in a row) and has since the very beginning in 2013 focused on helping clients manage their domain names and digital assets in a value-creating, strategical, and service-minded manner.

    With us, you won’t be just another cog in the wheel but a contributor, helping the company grow to reach new heights. We are looking for you who have practical experience from working with customer support B2B within the domain name and hosting field.

    In the Technical Support role, you have a key role in our Fulfillment Team, which is working to ensure qualitative management and delivery to our clients, as well as with customer support. You are working in close dialogue with the clients and the client manager by providing technical support, executing orders, and assisting with client projects. You manage several projects and tasks daily and are working with the expectation to always maintain accuracy and service in all aspects of your work.

    You are also part of establishing and developing routines and processes for the best possible quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

    Among your tasks are also invoicing and customer support related to invoicing. However, we do not require you to have any previous experience with this.

    What We Are Looking For

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service to clients and colleagues and want to maintain the highest quality in all your assignments. You enjoy working in a team, but you are also proficient when it comes to working independently towards joint goals. You are a person who does not wait for things to be done but can see needs and potential yourself, and understand and take action on what you identify.

    As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and structured. You have documented experience from managing domain name- and IT services, and have a good general technical understanding, interest, and drive to learn more about domain names, DNS and related products. You have good communicative skills verbally as well as written, in both Swedish and English.

    Qualifications

    To be a good fit for the role, we would like the applicant to have among other things:
    • Several years of experience working operatively and with Technical client support
    • Good technical understanding.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
    • Be motivated by joint goals, development, freedom at your own responsibility, and driving processes forward
    • Be goal-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented as a person, with a sense for relations and service

    Meritorious:

    • Several years of experience working operatively and with support errands connected to for example domain management, SSL/TLS, web hosting within B2B
    • Be able to manage several projects and tasks on a running basis
    • An understanding of processes and routines regarding domain management

    We are looking for you who have a solid experience of helping businesses protecting their brand digitally, and who wants to take the next step in your career.

    As Client Manager at dotkeeper, you will be running and be responsible for some of Dotkeeper’s exciting clients. You will be helping leading brands to develop and protect their digital assets, design name protection strategies, perform risk analyses, prevent infringement, and collaborate with colleagues to make it happen strategically as well as operatively. You will also be responsible for building and developing your own client portfolio, and your main task is to attend to your client relations through solid guidance and service.

    At Dotkeeper you will be responsible for your own budget and be running your own processes and activities, working toward goals and important KPIs. You will be part of a team managed by our COO.

    Dotkeeper is part of AWA Group (a leading consultant firm within intellectual property in Europe and Asia), and therefore we work closely with AWA. One of your most essential assignments will be to support AWAs consultants and clients regarding domain names, and to tailor solutions and strategies.

    As Client Manager with us, your workdays will include a lot of client contact and client meetings, digitally as well as by phone and on site with the clients.

    As a Dotkeeper Sales Developer, you are our representative and act as the first point of contact with new clients. You will be responsible for building and developing relations with clients who are in need of our services. Your job is to identify interesting prospects to develop a dialogue and manage some of our incoming requests to match the clients’ needs with our offer. You will be helping leading brands to develop and protect their digital assets, design name protection strategies, and collaborate with colleagues to make it happen strategically as well as operatively.

    You will be responsible for your own budget and be running your own processes and activities, working toward goals and important KPIs. You will be part of a team managed by our Head of Sales, and also have direct access to a dedicated sales coach.

    Dotkeeper is part of AWA Group (a leading consultant firm within intellectual property in Europe and Asia), and therefore we work closely with AWA. One of your most vital assignments will be to support AWAs consultants and clients regarding domain names, and to tailor solutions and strategies.

    As one of our Sales Representatives, your workdays will include a lot of client contact and client meetings, digitally as well as by phone and on site with the clients.

    Qualifications
    To be a good fit for the role, we would like the applicant to have, among other things:
