Information for Dotkeeper Clients
  • Domain Name Registration:

    The client contacts their account manager at our company or submits a request in the client portal.

  • Domain Name Renewal:

    We handle this automatically. Clients can contact us if they do not wish to renew.

  • Updating Contact Information:

    The client contacts us with information on what needs to be changed.

  • Name Server Management:

    The client contacts support with information on what needs to be changed or makes the change in the client portal.

  • Owner change of domain name:

    The client contacts us with information on what needs to be changed.

  • Registrar Transfer:

    To transfer the domain name to us, the client contacts us. We provide the client with the necessary information to enable the transfer, and then we transfer the domain name on behalf of the client.

    To tranfer out, the client contacts us, we verify the contact and provide transfer information.

  • Domain Name De-registration:

    The client contacts us.

  • DNSSEC Management:

    The client contacts support or makes the change in the client portal.
